90-day fiancé star Yara Zaya took to Instagram on Friday with an emotional video urging her followers to support Ukraine after she was recently attacked by Russia.

The 26-year-old Ukrainian-born beauty revealed that although her family is safe, a lot of “crazy things” are happening there right now and that people in Ukraine “need support”.

“I just want everyone to know that if you’re not there, it doesn’t mean it’s not about you. “It’s about all of us because we all live in the same world,” she said.

The reality star began her video by apologizing for her appearance, admitting that she has not slept much lately due to the tense situation in Eastern Europe.

During the video, Yara talks about her worries about her friends who are facing uncertain circumstances.

Yara also recalled how her friend was forced to sleep in the parking lot.

The star then called on his followers to show empathy for the Ukrainian people, saying: “If we sleep in a warm bed, it does not mean it is not for us. It’s about all of us.
