She said: “We didn’t have support from the show for our mental health and no one sat me down and talked to me about what life would be like.”
Louisa added that she would not change anything about her time on the show, and while it would be “great” to have therapy, she believed she would not accept the offer because she was “not ready.”

The star said she became “really depressed” after winning the show in December 2015 while struggling to adjust to a normal life after her victory.
