Both Emilio’s parents do not have the musical background that their mother, Emma Santoro, works as a business manager for a food catering company and her husband, Joe, is a self-employed builder.

Emma said she was an “emotional wreck” when she saw her son at the competition, but he “blown us away.”

“We have seen him, we helped guide him, we saw the work of the time he spends, so we see him finally gain recognition Is just great, “she said.

“His grandparents were initially surprised that Emilio was caught in Elvis at such a young age. It made them entertaining, but they loved it and always encouraged him.

“I’m a big fan of Elvis, so I was very happy to see him love everything about Elvis.

“I’m very proud that he was loyal to himself, didn’t chase the crowd, and actually made his friends aware of Elvis.”

Emilio said he prefers to sing Elvis gospel music and ballads, which are lesser known but fans love.
