Virat Kohli resigned as India’s cricket test captain after seven years of command.

The 33-year-old Kori resigned as captain of the Twenty20 in September and was replaced by the international skipper on December 1st by Rohit Sharma in the opening round in both forms.

Kori, who took over the reins in 2014, led India in 68 tests, winning 40 games and losing 17 games.
