In contrast to the original, her slightly edited photo, Vicky explained: All I had to do was remove the red eye and apply a nice filter to it. “
To summarize the photo, Vicky writes: “
“So when I put myself there and potentially put myself in a vulnerable position, don’t attack me,” I’m really grateful.
The star added: “We rise by lifting other females … remember that,” followed by a heart emoji.
Vicky talked a lot about body image and fitness culture, as well as how the industry has changed since the 2013 fitness DVD “Vicky Patterson’s 7-Day Slim”.
“I’m really slim and when I was doing fitness DVDs and everything, I feel like I was a product of culture and the environment.” Vicky said OK!..
“It’s important to remember that the fitness industry and diet culture at the time were very different. We go back almost 10 years.
“Think about magazines. How to lose 10 pounds in 10 days, shame circles, heaven forbidden, beach people who had a little cellulite.
“We were conditioned to believe that if we were to be desirable and happy, we should be the thinnest possible.”
She added, “I am happy because my view is completely distorted by its influence, and if the scale of that number can be as small as possible, it is what was taught to us. I believe it will be. “
Vicky doubled his previous apology and discussed how the entire fitness industry has changed since the release of the DVD.
She explained: “I apologized many times for perpetuating the culture, but I myself was involved in it. I believed it.
“I wasn’t actively selling what I didn’t believe in, but now the entire fitness industry and the media are much more acceptable.
“It’s not about health, mental health, strength and leanness.”
