There are spectacular waterfront mansions on the market inspired by Italian luxury fashion designer Gianni Versace.

The four-bedroom home in a private dead end in Sandringham, southern Sydney, was last sold for $ 7.8 million in 2015, but no new prices are listed.

Luxury homes feature chandeliers, Romanesque columns, woven ceilings and Versace-specific style golden spiral staircases.

The property has 5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, an outdoor spa, a steam room and a large roof terrace with an entertainment area.

The four-bedroom home in a private dead end in Sandringham, southern Sydney, was previously sold for $ 7.8 million in 2015.

The luxury home features chandeliers, Romanesque columns, woven ceilings and a unique style of gold spiral staircase by an Italian designer.

“This gorgeous beachfront masterpiece offers a gorgeous indoor / outdoor lifestyle with spectacular views of Sandlingham Bay,” the property list says.

The Versace brand appears throughout the house and enters through a magnificent entrance with marble tiled floors and a distinctive golden spiral staircase.

Romanesque columns line the outside of the property and the swimming pool, adding to the magnificence of the waterfront mansion.

The luxurious stone kitchen is equipped with the finest Miele appliances and features a large granite countertop embossed with the designer logo.

The magnificent home is understood to have been inspired by the Gold Coast Palazzo complex, modeled after Gianni Versace’s original home.

The designer’s Miami mansion, with its ornate architecture and luxurious décor, is now the Villa Casuarina Arena Hotel.

Distributor Liam Tsapradis told the Daily Mail Australia that he expects a keen interest in housing before it goes up for auction on Saturday, July 17th.

Tsaprazis said former owners spent a lot of time on the Gold Coast Palazzo and were encouraged to create smaller versions on the beaches of Sandlingham.

He said one of the former owners flew architects and architects to hotels in Queensland in an effort to ensure that the details were fully implemented.

“There are buyers out there who love architecture and the types of homes that pay a premium for it,” said Tsaprazis.

“It costs a lot to recreate that unique style. All you have to do is bring in the right buyer and bring your suitcase.”

The property is described as being a bit far from Sandlingham’s cafe culture and close to the shopping district, Sydney’s CBD and the airport.

The stunning waterfront mansion is located in a 980-square-meter block, just a short distance from the prestigious private schools of Scotts University in Sandlingham.

The magnificent home is understood to have been inspired by the Palazzo Complex on the Gold Coast, modeled after Gianni Versace’s (pictured) Miami mansion.
