Benjamin Smith, 31, wore a sticky gold chain and portrayed Damian, most remembered for being thorny on the side of Uncle Rodney.

The characters are the only sons of Delboy (David Jason) and Raquel Trotter (Tessa Peake Jones), and the couple named him after Damian, the devilish child of The Omen.

After being canceled due to a pandemic, the musical returned to the West End in October only with fools and horses.

The comeback was dedicated to the late star of John Charis’s show, who played Voicy in the series and died of cancer at the age of 79 in September.

The last performance was held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, and it was announced that all theaters would close immediately the day after one hour before the curtain rises.

Actor Paul Whitehouse, who plays Grandpa, revealed that the cast was attacked by a pandemic. Some members found jobs in areas other than entertainment and paid invoices.

He states:

“The pandemic has hit the industry a lot. I’m very sorry for the actors, especially the young people and the people behind the scenes.

“Many of them worked in restaurants and on stage, and they were closed for a while. It was really hard.”

Return: The fool and horse-only musical will return to the West End in October after being canceled due to a pandemic (Paul Whitehouse drawn with Tom Bennett and Ryan Hatton).
