“Most days I get up at 6am, ride my bike, ride 5km to the park, run between 7km and 10km and return to my bike. I run every day. I run 3 times a week. I do weight training once. I love constant physical activity.
Trisha said her fitness journey helped her overcome her breast cancer. She had to receive chemotherapy, and previously said the drug rocketed her weight.
But since she started running at the age of 42, she dropped her second £ 7 between 2008 and 2013.
