Stefanos Tsitsipas survives Vienna’s opening round

Greece’s top seed Stefanos Tsitsipas beat Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov 7-6 (6), 6-4 in the first round of the Elstebank Open in Vienna, Austria on Tuesday. And saved 3 set points in the first set.
