A Peruvian skateboarder blushed and felt pain after hitting his crotch against a rail at a men’s street event in Tokyo 2020.
NS Olympic Welcomed skateboarding to the tournament for the first time as one of five new events.
And Peru’s Angelocaron Narváez came to Tokyo as a possible medal.
However, in the qualifying round, the 21-year-old got off to a nightmare start as he lost control after polishing the rails.
Due to a bad landing, he fell off his skateboard, hit the floor, slipped onto the rails and pinched a South American between his feet.
The crash seemed incredibly painful, but Narvaez quickly recovered.
He slammed in anger and was given a low score of 1.01 by the judge on his first run.
However, he had a chance to make up for it on his second run and was impressed with the five individual tricks after winning 6.96 and making the most of it.
And his recovery performance was enough to see him in the final in 7th place.
Narvaez seemed to have forgotten to fall early in the tournament and was trying to win a medal at the beginning of the final.
