Samuel L. Jackson is backed by two stunt doubles arriving at the set to shoot the secret invasion of the new Marvel series in Yorkshire.


Marvel’s Secret Invasion filming is underway this week in Yorkshire.

Then, on Friday, at the Peace Hall in Halifax, two stunt doubles stepped in due to the absence of Samuel L. Jackson, who dressed as his character Nick Fury.

The bold duo was seen on set as he wore the same outfit as the ensemble Samuel (73) found earlier this week.

Exciting: Two stunt doubles intervened due to Samuel L. Jackson’s absence on Friday’s new Marvel Series Secret Invasion set.

The pair had a bushy beard with a brown wool coat and khaki knit beans and exhibited very seriously in the place.

They added burgundy jumpers and olive trousers in combination with black leather gloves.

Samuel will replay his role as Head of Organization SHIELD and will be the star of the Disney Plus series alongside Emilia Clarke, Ben Mendelsohn, Kingsley Ben Adil and Cobie Smulders.

Earlier this week, Samuel L. Jackson was seen in Leeds when his co-stars Emilia and Kingsley joined. Their character names have not yet been revealed.

Coby plays SHIELD agents Maria Hill and Ben. They starred as Skrull leaders, and Nick’s ally Talos was also seen for the first time on this week’s set.

The show, which acts as a direct sequel to the 2019 movie Captain Marvel, also starred Samuel as a younger version of SHIELD Agent.

The show follows a transforming alien known as Skrull, which has permeated all aspects of life on Earth.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the show will use Captain Marvel as a launch pad, focusing on agents Fury and Skrull played by Ben Mendelsohn.

Kyle Bradstreet, who conducted the acclaimed Robot, will be the writer and executive producer.
