Footage has emerged showing Vladimir Putin appearing to struggle to shake off a mosquito, raising health questions about the Russian dictator.

Instead of using his right arm to swat away the mosquitoes, Putin used his left arm because his right arm seemed to be hanging limply.

He was also seen hanging out next to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu’s daughter, Ksenia, 31, as she showed him around a military museum to celebrate the country’s Navy Day.

Reports suggest that the macho man always has a group of doctors around him whenever he travels around Russia and abroad.

There are also recent claims of it Ukraine he has used body doubles during visits abroad.

His recent visit to Iran was marred by fears he was using a stunt double.

Putin appeared to move unusually quickly on his trip to the Iranian capital, looking more alert than in previous public appearances.

General SVR channel has claimed that Putin suffers from several serious illnesses, including cancer, Parkinson’s disease and schizoaffective disorder.

The channel is run by exiled Kremlin lieutenant general insider who is known by the alias Viktor Mikhailovich.

Russian political scientist Valery Solovey defended this claim, saying: ‘The Americans, especially the CIA, have information about the real state of health of the Russian president.

‘They absolutely know he has serious problems, including mental ones.’

But CIA Director William Burns disputes this saying there is no intelligence that Putin is ill.

The Kremlin insists that Putin is healthy and there are rumors that his mistress Alina Kabaeva, 39, is expecting a new baby.
