Watch the heartbreaking moment Robert Irwin is almost EATEN by a four-meter crocodile and is forced to flee to save his life when the beast is thrown at him – 15 years after his father was killed during the filming of a documentary
Heartbreaking footage captured the moment Robert Irwin was forced to flee to save his life when a huge crocodile lunged at him at an Australian zoo.
Steve’s son, Crocodile Hunter Irwin, told his fellow zookeepers to “free” him when a rare “salty” leftist named Casper attacked the teenager.
18-year-old Robert is testing whether Casper is comfortable enough with his new enclosure to be featured on the show at the famous Queensland Zoo.

WHO IS CASPER?
- Casper is one of two leucistic saltwater crocodiles at the Australian Zoo
- Being leucists basically means that animals have a dramatic reduction in dark skin pigment
- Australian Zoo describes Casper as “one of the most aggressive crocodiles we’ve ever seen”
- He is paired with the other leucistic crocodile at the zoo, a female named Wendy
- Casper is 3.7 meters long and weighs an incredible 350 kilograms
- According to the Australian Zoo, his condition means that he was probably caught in the wild
However, the 3.7-meter and 350-kilogram beast ignored the food offered by Robert and made a direction for the teenager with clicking jaws.
Robert was forced to flee, shouting “under guarantee, guarantee, guarantee!” As he fled from the approaching reptile.
A bird’s eye view of the drama showed him slipping a hair from the crocodile’s jaws.
The video is from the finale of the season of the American TV show Crikey! This is the Irwin family and it was posted by Robert on social media this week.
Casper is a leucistic saltwater crocodile, which means that it suffers from a dramatic reduction in the dark pigment of the skin and looks lighter in color than other crocodiles.
According to the Australian Zoo, his condition means that “he would be chased at an early age in the wild”.
They also describe Casper as “one of the most aggressive crocodiles we’ve ever seen.”
However, at the zoo, he was mated to a female saltwater crocodile of the same condition named Wendy.
In 2006, Robert’s father, Steve Irwin, died while filming a documentary on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
He was 44 years old.

Dash: Robert was trying to find out if Casper was comfortable enough with his new enclosure to be featured on the Australian Zoo show. However, Casper ignored the food offered by Robert and went straight to the teenager himself with clicking jaws.
He died after being stabbed in the chest by a short-tailed stingray.
On Saturday, Robert had far less traumatic time walking with his niece Grace Warrier and son-in-law Chandler Powell.
In an image shared on Instagram by his sister, Bindy Irwin, the trio took a relaxing walk.

“Every night we enjoy a family walk in the gardens of @australiazoo. This is my favorite time of the day to relax together, “said 23-year-old Bindi.
“I thought I would share this sweet little moment when Grace’s Funcle joined us. Happy days, “added the new mother, who gave birth to Grace Warrior last March.
