With this year’s Stress Awareness Month now upon us, data science authority Profusion highlighted the huge potential of a data-driven approach to raising employee well-being – as figures suggest two thirds (67%) of UK employees experiencing moderate to high levels of stress.1
Created by the Stress Management Association, Stress Awareness Month has been running every April since 1992 to raise awareness of the causes and remedies for our modern stress epidemic. The theme for this year’s month is ‘Community’; a reminder of the importance of coming together to support each other after a challenging period of isolation for many.
