Armed officers were also photographed searching apartments near the waterfront, which were under a police cordon.
Local residents claimed that two people were stabbed during the assault, including a police officer and a woman in her 20s.
Witnesses at the scene also claimed that police were searching for a suspect wearing “camouflage clothing.”
