OnePlan digital hub platform received £ 4.1m

Event planning and management platform OnePlan has previously received £ 4.1m in funding from investors VCT Pembroke and Eppes Creek Ventures.

OnePlan will use the extra capital to continue developing its technology – a “twin venue” platform for mapping and planning live events in places such as sports venues.

It provides real-time collaboration software that uses a combination of computer-aided design (CAD) and mapping technology. OnePlan allows event planners to measure measurements, crows capacity, arrival and departure flows and social extension measures.

The London – based company will also use the funding to increase its sales and operations teams and boost marketing.

“It is a great support that Pembroke and Eppes Creek are investing again based on what they have seen in the nine months since the first investment,” said Paul Foster, founder and CEO of OnePlan.

OnePlan had previously raised £ 2.75m in July last year in a funding round, also led by Pembroke VCT and Eppes Creek Ventures.

The latest round offers OnePlan valued at $ 58m.

Paul Foster founded OnePlan in 2019 and it is used by over 8,000 events in over 100 countries.

OnePlan funding news continues to be allocated to become the official provider of twin digital software for the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.

“When we first met Paul and the OnePlan team, we were convinced that the platform they had developed through their experience in the sector was far superior to any other competing technologies. This belief is firmly confirmed by the selection of OnePlan as the official supporter of the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, ”said Andrew Wolfson, CEO, Pembroke Investment Managers.
