Neil Parish’s lawmaker suspended over Commons pornography allegations Political news

The MP accused of watching pornography in the communities is the conservative Neil Parish, the main whip told Sky News.
The speaker of the main whip said. “Speaking to the Chief Whip this afternoon, MP Neil Perish reports to the House of Commons Standards Committee.
“Mr. Parish was removed from the Conservative whips pending the outcome of that investigation.”
Two female Conservative MPs filed charges against Mr. Parish during a meeting with female lawmakers Tuesday night, but the flogging office did not name him publicly.
The women told Thor’s chief whip, Chris Heaton-Harris, that they had seen the MP watch pornography on his phone at the House of Commons և committee meeting.
During the meeting, an MP said that Mr. Heaton-Harris looked “terrified” and asked the man’s identity.
It is noted that about 50-60 Tory deputies were present at the meeting.
On Thursday, Boris Johnson referred to that accusation for the first time, saying: “It is clearly unacceptable for anyone to do such a thing in the workplace.
“It would be the same for any job, up and down the country.
“It is obvious that such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.”
Other government ministers have also spoken out against the allegations, with Government Efficiency Minister Jacob Rees-Mogg saying it was “unusually horrible”.
Health Minister Sajid Javid said the culture needed to change in Westminster “after a few incidents of sexist misconduct”.
Attorney General Suella Braverman suggested that if the charges were proven, the culprit could be suspended or even removed from parliament.
