TV host McCall showed off her abdominal muscles in a blue crop top and black trousers for a cover of a woman’s health.

Fitness enthusiasts have their own training app called Own Your Goals, which has more than 360,000 users.

She released 14 exercise DVDs before launching the online platform in June this year.
