Kyle Sandilands says he is “spying everywhere” on other radio stations after it was revealed that one of his producers lives with 2Day FM staff.

After Kyle Sandylands jokingly “spying” at a train station in the city, Sydney radio producers are nervously looking over their shoulders.

The presenter of KIIS FM announced on Wednesday that “Spies are everywhere” after the appearance of one of the producers, “Snappy Tom” Whitaker, and shares the unit with the staff of the 2DayFM breakfast show.

After Tom didn’t go to work, Kyle suggested going to his house to find him, but only one of his employees mentioned his cohabitant’s work at a rival station.

Everywhere: Sydney’s radio producer is nervously looking over his shoulder after Kyle Sandylands jokes that he’s “spying” at a train station in the city.

Kyle then hinted that life arrangements were his way of monitoring what was happening on his old springboard at 2DayFM.

However, it is believed that he is just joking and not actually spying on rival shows.

Kyle has a habit of welcoming Triple M listeners recently after Lawrence Mooney suddenly left Moonman on a morning breakfast show, but not mentioning other shows on air.

Mooney called a lawyer last week after suffering from a network problem a year before his contract expired.

Employment lawyer John Laxon confirmed on November 15 that he was acting for Mooney for the radio station’s parent company, Southern Cross Austereo.

“My client has a contract that will last until the end of next year, and SCA has ended it,” Laxon said.

“The terms of the contract were drafted by SCA, negotiated and agreed by my client. He holds SCA on those terms.

The 56-year-old comedian was hired in early 2019 to host Moonman on a morning breakfast show alongside Jess Eva and Chris’s Pay-easy page.

His contract, which is believed to be worth $ 2 million a year, was scheduled to expire in 2022.

His departure came two weeks after he disappeared from the air without explanation, and in rumors that the “major” had dropped out with co-host Eva.
