A spokeswoman for the Hertfordshire State Parliament said Sun: “Police were called in at 9:40 am on Wednesday, November 17, to report concerns about the welfare of men in Berkhamsted’s residential area.
“The officers attended the scene with the East of England ambulance crew.
“The man was found and taken to the hospital for treatment, where he sadly died later.
“His death is treated as unquestionable and will be referred to a coroner.”
