She is then seen breastfeeding her newborn while enjoying her hard-earned toast.
The excited parents can be seen doting on their little one, holding Jake’s hand before he begins to dress the kit.
The video then shows the TV personality, shirtless, holding his son in his arms and rocking him, no doubt Jake preparing or spending some skin-to-skin time with his son.

Sophie and Jake previously revealed they were pregnant after “a long time of trying”, posting an emotional montage of the family on Instagram after learning the happy news.
