In July, Judge Monserrat Cortes Lopez suspended his sentence, but warned Sim that he would be taken to jail if he was offended at any point in the next five years.

The seven-page text released on July 7 also describes the star as a drug addict.

Born in the United States, Sim also won praise for his performance in the Meadows cult film “The Room of Romeo Brass.”
