The pair couldn’t see what they were doing because they had to take it in order to move the tool through a series of small holes in the snake’s hole.
And when David (54) struggled with the challenge and dropped the tool into the pits on Sunday night’s launch episode, fans at home couldn’t stop laughing.
Arlene, who panicked, said, “I can’t find a hole!” A former professional soccer player cheekyly said, “My finger is in the hole! It’s great and easy. Take your time. Take your time.”

Immediately after the comment, Arlene and David looked at each other and started laughing.
The cheeky Innendo was later defeated by divers Matty and Paralympic Cadina, providing a light relief.
In the Dexys Midnight Runners song “Comon Eileen,” David went to Serenade Arlene, but changed the word to “Comon Eileen.”
Viewers at home absolutely loved the newly formed friendship of the pair and even predicted that David would advance to the finals.
“By singing” Come On Arlene “with a laugh about David Ginola putting his finger in the hole like a kid, he was guaranteed to play in the #ImACeleb final,” one tweeted.

Another wrote: “David & Arlene is like a naughty grandparent and loves them.
The third added:
