I’m A Celebrity has announced the famous contestants of this year’s series. The 2021 group has stars in the world of pop music, international football and soap.

NS ITV The show will return to Glitch Castle in the second season after the uncertainties surrounding overseas travel meant that the producer could not be sure that he could return to the Australian jungle.

Ant and Dec Welsh Castle is back as a host again with a new celebrity set through their pace-see the 2021 lineup below.

Dame Arlene Phillips

Dame Arlene became famous in the UK when she participated in the first series of Strictly Come Dancing as a judge in 2004.

She later left in 2008 to work on shows such as Britannia High. So do you think you can dance?

She is also a prolific theatrical choreographer and director, attending shows such as We Will Rock You, Starlight Express, and Saturday Night Fever.

At the age of 78, she says I’m the oldest celebrity contestant in history, but that doesn’t hinder her.

Danny Miller

Miller has been playing Aaron Dingle in Emmerdale since 2008.

He is part of several important stories about soap, including themes such as child sexual assault, car accidents and robbery.

Miller has also appeared in Grange Hill, Scott & Bailey and Cruel Summer.

David Ginola

Not many sports fans around the world know who the French football legend David Ginola has been with teams such as Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle, Spurs, Aston Villa and Everton.

Since then, he has become a regular on the BBC, BT Sport, CNN and the French version of Strictly Come Dancing.

He has also worked as a model and actor.

Franky bridge

Bridge has been a member of Noughties’ girl band The Saturdays for seven years with hits such as Up, Ego and Higher.

Prior to that, he was a member of S Club Juniors, a spin-off of S Club 7.

After her musical career, the singer married former athlete Wayne Bridge, released a television show, and spoke openly about mental health.

Cadina Cox MBE

A decorated British Paralympic player, Cox has won gold medals in both sprinting and cycling in the game.

Suffering from multiple sclerosis, she broke the world record on the track and represented Britain in two games.

Apart from the track and racetrack, she won this year’s Celebrity Master Chef series.

Louise Minchin

Journalist and presenter Minchin recently left the BBC Breakfast Sofa after spending 20 years at the flagship show.

She has a long career at the BBC and includes projects such as Sunday Life, One Show, and Olympic coverage.

Minchin says she wants her stint at the castle to show her fun side after being known as a “serious news presenter.”

Diver Lee won the gold medal with Tom Daley at the 10-meter synchronized event at the Tokyo Olympics in early 2021.

The 23-year-old says she will achieve another life goal by participating in I’m A Celebrity.

“There is nothing to prepare you for what your life will be like after a successful Olympics,” he says. “I’m still largely shocked to be a celebrity. My two childhood dreams were to win an Olympic medal and participate in my favorite TV series, and now this year. Are doing both! “

Naughty boy

DJ, songwriter and producer Naughty Boy has worked with pop celebrities such as Beyonce and Sam Smith.

The star, whose real name is Shahid Khan, believes that his background with the artist will support him when he enters the camp.

“I want to see more musicians enter the castle in this series. Sir Elton John would be great,” he says. “We (musicians) spend a lot of time in the studio, so we’re better equipped than people think.”

As half of Richard and Judy, there aren’t many light entertainment jobs that Madery isn’t involved with.

He hosted this morning with his wife Judy Finnigan from 1988 to 2001, and then moved on to Channel 4 for Richard and Judy’s show. The pair hosted quiz shows and chat shows, appeared in comedy panel shows, and was a reality show contestant.

Madeley says I’m a celebrity … “became part of the structure of life in Britain and part of the countdown to Christmas,” that’s why he wanted to get involved.

Snoochy shy

BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ Snoochie Shy landed a late-night slot at the station two years ago.

A colleague and fellow DJ, Jordan North, was the runner-up of I’m A Celebrity last year, so she’s following in his footsteps.

The 29-year-old says she’s looking forward to hearing more about her.

“I’m actually pretty shy when I’m outside my comfort zone,” she says. “I think the shy side might come out and be pretty shy for the first few days, but I’m definitely going to be a team player too.”
