I was beaten by a hit-and-run driver who killed me and my puppy

The woman is fortunate to live after a horrific car accident with a hit-and-run driver.

Jasmine McPherson’s Ford Fiesta made a quadruple turn, trapping her and her puppy in a combined vehicle, leaving her afraid of death.

She said the driver of a blue metal car was thrown to the brink of A23 on her way to Brighton in West Sussex after pulling less than a meter in front of her out of nowhere.

Salon owner Jasmine, 28, said she and the eight-month-old American Bully were “left dead” by the side of the road after a nightmare accident last week.

Jasmine, who miraculously escaped with some cuts and bruises, told Sun:

“I called my mother and told her she would go home soon. I’m looking back now and laughing at how wrong I was.”

Jasmine from Crawley explained that there are few drivers on the road. Only she was driving at 70 mph and driving three other vehicles.

But then out of nowhere a blue car rushed across the grass and chevron into the outer lane, landing about a meter in front of her.

she said. “I just didn’t have time to stop. All I remember was seeing his brake lights on for a few seconds.

“I applied the brakes to keep the car away from other drivers, but lost control.

“I lost control and the car was just spinning. I thought I would die.”

Jasmine believes she was temporarily unconscious when Ford Fiesta turned across the road.

After being thrown over Jasmine, she came to heaven, an “absolutely petrified” 35-kilogram American Bully.

She said: “I was just screaming, my head was sticking out of the window. I went into the streetlight pole and hit it completely across the road.”

Fortunately, passers-by were pulled to help the horrified Jasmine get out of the destroyed car.

The 28-year-old said the kind stranger Jimmy and his daughter had to pull the car back onto the road after it landed sideways.

Heaven of horror was trapped in a wreck and had to be removed by firefighters-leaving the puppy injured.

Incredibly, Jasmine and Heaven escaped with only cuts and bruise, and that night they returned home to Jasmine’s worried mother, Sapphire, after being checked in to Princess Royal’s A and E.

But the driver, who collided with Jasmine and her dog, is still running after ruthlessly driving from the wreckage of her car-the two were still trapped at that time.

Jasmine said he thought the driver had run away after seeing the turmoil-fearing that she had died.

She said: “I can’t believe this happened. I can’t believe it’s real.

“I was very shocked, and I think I’m still shocked.”

She added: “It wasn’t bad, so I’m very grateful.

“I know I’ve come into contact with the car, so someone needs to know if the blue car is damaged somewhere.”

Jasmine’s mom, Sapphire, is currently rewarding those who can help with information about the driver.

The family said the car that hit Jasmine was understood to be a metallic blue Mazda Two, BMW or Audi.

She said her “beautiful daughter” was “lucky to be alive.”

Sussex police were contacted for comment.
