Simona Halep, the 2019 champion at the All England Club, will face Amanda Anisimova first. Two-time champion Rafael Nadal will follow suit against Taylor Fritz.
Both Anisimova and Fritz are Americans and will be looking to reach the Wimbledon semifinals for the first time.

Hugh and Anna tied the knot in 2018 at the £10m Chelsea Chancery near their west London home.
Earlier this year, Hugh hit back at an internet claim that he only married Anna “for passport reasons” and insisted it was because he loved her.
The star came across the claim listed as part of a Google search last month and, taking issue with it, set the record straight on Twitter.
Firing back, Hugh insisted that the reason he and his wife got married was “love”.

He shared a screenshot of the search results for his wife Anna’s full name, which led to an online article published by the Nicki Swift website in December 2020 claiming he married Anna for “passport reasons”.
The “Bridget Jones’s Diary” actor first married three years ago, and the article quoted him as saying in an interview with USA Today that he and Anna believe marriage is a “pretty absurd social construct” before discussing their different names in passports.
Hugh, who shares one child with TV producer Anna, said as they discussed getting married: “I didn’t like going through immigration in countries where they would say, ‘Everyone with a Grant passport here and everyone else over there.’ “
