A Hooters girl was caught on body camera footage flirting and trying to get out of a Hooters after being pulled over for drunk driving in Florida.

According to an affidavit reviewed by DailyMail.com, Sarasota resident Sophia Ross, 22, was arrested on Nov. 17 when another driver called 911 to report that the waitress had hit multiple curbs and stopped at a green light. I was pulled over for a traffic stop.
