Lewis Hamilton won the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and was one of the greatest F1 races of all time, with Max Verstappen scoring points in the drivers’ rankings.
In one of the most incredible races in recent memory, drivers were forced to return to the pits on two separate occasions after the red flag was waved.
Prior to the first restart, Verstappen led Hamilton to a state where he had not yet pitted during the race.
Hamilton then appeared to have passed Verstappen at the restart, before the Dutch crossed the curb to defend the lead.
Verstappen was then penalized for the move, but not before Sergio Perez and Nikita Mazepin crashed to signal another red flag.
On the second restart, Verstappen came from behind Esteban Ocon and Hamilton to regain the lead.
However, Brit will eventually return to his title rivals later on stage and level up in terms of ranking points.
When Verstappen appeared to be overtaking Hamilton, the pair came together in a strange incident, then speeded up, with seven-time champions behind Red Bull.
Details to follow.
