With a broader scope, we are confident we can help revolutionize care at a faster rate than ever. “

The free Florence app connects nurses with open shifts, eliminating agency intermediaries so shifts are taken directly with the right temporary staff. The app also provides care organizations with intuitive rotation and e-learning tools.

“There is a global shortage of healthcare professionals and personnel management is very outdated compared to other sectors,” said Imran Akram, general partner of Axa Venture Partners.

“Florence is facing these problems head on and we are really impressed with what the team has done to date. Above all, we are thrilled to participate in the implementation of their ambitious service plans in the future ”.
