If you want to continue, there are various ways you can get help with breastfeeding-and there are also really smart ways. There is an app and you can even listen to the home hub!

I have a breastfeeding counselor, but I didn’t know until Theo was born. They work personally and for the NHS.

It was a game changer for me who knew what I was experiencing and was able to talk to someone who was very sympathetic. My counselor was very calm and had some great tips on the different positions to try.

It was great to have that support. You can also talk to health visitors, family doctors and midwives.

Good luck, Millie!

Celebration of our girl’s 8th birthday

It was a busy week as Millie celebrated her birthday. I can’t believe she’s 8 years old! I still feel pretty young, so I can’t bother with her being eight and Theo being five. I don’t know where that time went.

She attended school on her birthday and had a great time having a party at AirHop Trampoline Park. She loved it there and she told me months she wanted to have a party there.

Emily admits that she “had a terrible experience just looking at her” at a trampoline party.

Since the release of my book “Growing Up For Girls”, I’ve had such an amazing response. It’s really working. The fact that people bought it is very nice and I am very grateful. I am very happy to write a book! I got a nice message from someone who has a picture that the kids are reading. It was very nice.

I also appeared in Loose Women to talk about it. I really like going there because they are so nice and friendly and they give you complete reassurance.

We have Covid in our house again because the princess showed positive, but fortunately she feels pretty good. The rest of us are negative, but my nostrils are a little embarrassing as we test every day.

This is the first time we have brought someone home since the rule was changed that vaccinated people do not need to be quarantined. I had to quarantine my family three times, so I don’t have to worry about how to shop this time!

I’m sorry, there are no words that are as difficult to say

Boris Johnson apologized for the May 2020 rally at 10 Downing Street at the House of Commons and saw how he explained that it was an extension of his office. It may be an office, but it’s also his home address!

I think people deserved the apology he gave and the approval of his misconduct. People are naturally frustrated because they feel it is a rule for politicians and a rule for everyone else. Especially 2020 is a really difficult time for many people and there are many grudges.

I think we all broke the rules at some point, whether intended or not. For example, I was sitting on the train and noticed that I wasn’t wearing a mask, so I immediately put on a mask.

Covid has made a big difference in our lives, but if we make the mistake of breaking the rules, we need to apologize.
