A man allegedly drunk broke into his ex-girlfriend’s house and threw the ashes of his deceased child in a trash can.

33-year-old Joseph Oberleeds was caught on camera approaching his ex-girlfriend’s residence at 3 a.m. Saturday and entering a security code to enter, according to a report obtained by. WCIV.

Footage shows Oberleys leaving his Mount Pleasant, South Carolina home minutes later, returning shortly after 4am, and finally leaving near 8am.

The Oberlies and the woman dated for several months in early summer 2022. She reportedly trespassed from her mansion into her Oberlies on August 23rd.

Police have stepped up patrols, warning schools attended by women’s other children to be on the lookout.

Oberlies has been released on bail from an earlier arrest on August 5 and faces first-degree and battery charges for it, prison records show. The incidents were strikingly similar: Oberlies allegedly broke into another ex-girlfriend’s home and stabbed her.
