Deliveroo has joined the growing list of technology companies that are changing recruitment plans due to the global economic downturn.

While the food delivery platform is not making cuts to jobs, a spokesman told Deliveroo RATN the company will “pause some roles in certain parts of the business”.

The spokesman said: “The economic context, like all businesses, means that we must remain focused on running the company in the most efficient way.”
