Rebel Wilson she looked fit and healthy when she was spotted walking in Los Angeles on Sunday after throwing a 5.5 stone.
The 41-year-old is on a dedicated fitness trip since she declared 2020 her “year of health”, committing herself to a regular tourism regime that has made her reach her target weight by the end of the year.
Rebel showed the results of her hard work as she was photographed walking around Griffith Park under the scorching sun in LA.
After his hiking session, the comedian took off the blue T-shirt he was wearing to cool off, revealing a black cropped top underneath, along with a pair of matching shiny capri leggings and lace pants.

Rebel kept her characteristic blond hair from her face by tucking it into a ponytail, which she shaped under a black hat, which she also wore with a white logo printed on the front.
She wore aviator sunglasses to complement her training look, bringing a bit of Hollywood glamor, and she also wore AirPods.
Rebel’s appearance in tourism follows an impressive two years for the Pitch Perfect star, who maintains a healthier lifestyle after promising to stay in line with her fitness regimen.

The actress aimed to reach a target weight of 75 kg by the end of 2020 – which she achieved – and continued to go hiking as a form of training, allowing her followers to participate in their exercises along the way.
Rebel often updates Instagram on his gym visits, as well as his recent trips to Australia and America – both countries between which he currently shares his time.
In addition to the fitness regimen, Rebel also attributes the weight loss to a change in his diet significantly, eliminating the former intake of “heavy carbohydrates”.

“I probably used to eat 3,000 calories most days, and since they were usually carbs, I would still be hungry,” Rebel said. People magazine.
