Christine McGuinness revealed advice that saved her marriage after a photo of Nicole Appleton and her husband Paddy appeared.
After the photo surfaced, Christine was tagged with hundreds of posts on social media and told her a stranger to leave Paddy.
She said, “In a few hours, suddenly everyone had an opinion about my marriage and I didn’t know what I was doing.
“My husband noticed that someone had taken the video because he asked me to stop shooting while walking down the street with another woman.”
Christine, who writes her autobiography, “Beautiful Nightmare,” reveals that Paddy has canceled all work appointments and has gone home eager to talk to her.
She said: “We must say we didn’t talk much about it. There was no line or discussion, but I just didn’t want to see him.
“He stayed home for two days before returning to London for work. My life in Cheshire became a nightmare while he continued to shoot.”
Due to a media storm, Christine suddenly found herself, and a photographer chased her in school management and withdrew to Blackpool’s grandparents’ house-where she was advised to save her marriage.
Christine Nan told her: “Marriage is difficult. I’ve spent it all with my grandpa, and now look at us. I wouldn’t be without him.”
And it was those words that helped Christine survive the difficult times with Paddy. “That advice always follows me. People experience difficult times in marriage, family, work, life, everything.”
Christine and Paddy are the parents of eight-year-old twins Leo, Penelope and Felicity. All five were diagnosed with autism at a young age. She recently revealed what she was told. She is also “top of the spectrum”..
