At a hearing in a court in downtown Los Angeles on Friday, the judge said Adult guardianship system He has extensively managed Britney Spears’ life and money for nearly 14 years.

Jody Montgomery, a guardian who oversees the singer’s life and medical decisions, worked with her therapist and doctor to create a care plan to guide her to the end of her parents and their aftermath.
It is not clear if Spears, 39, will attend today’s hearing.
