Harper is believed to have arrived in Bali in February 2020, where he frequently uploaded videos showing his “dream” life on the island.

A spokesman for the Foreign, Commonwealth Office said last night: “We are in contact with Indonesian police about the death of a British man in Bali and are helping his family during this difficult time.”
