Bristol News: Urgent search for man following woman ‘raped on night out in city center’ | UK | News

Police have launched an investigation after a woman was allegedly raped by a man while on a night out in Bristol. Avon Police and Somerset Police said the incident occurred between 3:30 am and 4:30 am on Sunday, October 30.

A woman in her 20s was at a bar with friends and was approached by a stranger as she was walking home alone, police said.

Investigators said many people were walking or driving by when the attack took place.

They want to hear from someone who was on Denmark Street at the time.

Police are also seeking information from people with dashcam or cellphone footage of the area at the time.

If you feel unsafe in a public place, you can report it using the StreetSafe tool.

This tool helps inform police approaches to protecting women and girls.

It also enables police and their partner organizations to target specific areas of interest.
