Ben Affleck denied blaming his ex-wife Jennifer Garner for his alcohol intoxication and claimed that his words were out of context.
The A-list star tried to get rid of the comment to radio host Howard Stern that he was still drinking if he wasn’t away from Jennifer during Jimmy Kimmel’s appearance last night.
He told chat show host Jimmy that the interpretation of his original comment “hurt my feelings” and ensured that he would never swear at him to the audience.
“I went on to say how much we respect each other, care for each other, care for our children, and put our children first,” Ben said.
“I blamed my ex-wife for my alcoholism, I was trapped in this marriage, just said I made me the worst, most insensitive, stupid, terrible man.
