According to AMNY, gunshots rang out around 11:20 p.m. Wednesday night near the Amazura Event Hall at Archer Avenue and 144th Street in Jamaica, Queens.

At least three people who were shot entered a local hospital seeking treatment.

Several other people were taken to hospitals by ambulance, according to the New York City Police Department (NYPD).

A spokesperson for the NYPD told DailyMail.com that no one taken to the hospital so far is in critical condition.
