When police stopped him, Drayton was witnessing a turn along the road, but the star then collided with a police car parked behind him.

“It’s an absolute miracle you’re here today,” she said. “And you haven’t killed or hurt the general public.”

Earlier this month, Magistrates’ Court Crawley heard that Drayton “turned from one side to the other” during the case.

Drayton was charged last month with driving 153 mcg of alcohol with 100 ml of breath against the legal limit of 35 mcg.

The judge postponed the case for a pre-judgment report and added, “Prepare for imprisonment.”

Drayton was about three miles from his fashionable £ 2.7m home shared with her husband Alain when he was stopped.

The incident happened around 3 pm on Saturday, October 9.
