Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without the festive movie “Love Actually”.
However, one of the scenes where there are fans who are always weeping is Emma Thompson’s The character discovers that her husband is having an affair.
In the movie, she sobbed out of control after finding the necklace her husband bought for her mistress.

In an archaeological interview in 2018, Emma said in a fundraiser:
“Ken was terribly traumatized, so I knew what it was like to find a necklace that didn’t suit me.
“That wasn’t exactly the case, but we’ve all experienced it.”
Emma had previously talked about allegations of unfaithfulness and she forgave him in an interview with the Times in 2012.
She states:
“It’s … all the blood under the bridge. You can’t hold something like that. I just think … pfft.
“It’s pointless. I don’t have the energy for it .. Helena and I made our peace many years ago … she’s a wonderful woman.”
Since then, Emma has made her happy.
She is married to fellow actor Greg Wise and the pair live together in West Hampstead, London.
They married in Danoon in 2003 and informally adopted a former child soldier, Tinjevwaagaba, an orphan in Rwanda that same year.
The couple also shares their daughter, Gaia Wise, who was born in 1999.
