A man in his twenties was stabbed in Brixton tonight just hours after a teenage woman was killed on High Street.
The suspect was arrested after a deadly attack in South London.
Police said he was called at 8:18 pm to report an assault near Brixton Subway Station.
Police officers scrambled the scene and found a man who appeared to be injured in his early twenties. They provided first aid.

London emergency services and air ambulances also participated, but despite their efforts, the man was declared dead on the scene at 8:45 pm.
His family is informed and supported by police. No formal identification has been made.
A man was arrested nearby on suspicion of causing serious physical harm. Police said the crime scene remained intact and the investigation was ongoing.
Meanwhile, just a few hours ago in Bexley, the Metropolitan Police said he rushed to the high street scene to find the 19-year-old girl slashed.
The photo shows that police are flooding the streets as the investigation begins.
The Metropolitan Police Department said it was called to the scene by an ambulance crew on Wednesday afternoon.
They say: “A police officer attended the scene and found a 19-year-old woman with a cut.
“At this stage, her injury is not considered life-threatening.
“The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.”
