The man raped a woman he met on a dating app after being taken out of jail.
Richard Bright, 49, was sentenced to nine years in prison for abusing an eight-year-old girl known to him.
The sexual predator was released under supervision and was found guilty of nine sexual assault charges in March 2014.
After his release, Bright, formerly known as Clive Frost, established a relationship with a woman via the Internet before rape.
Bright on Malborough Road, Lancing, West Sussex, was sentenced to the Hove Criminal Court after pleading guilty to a sexual offense.
He spends the first seven years behind the bar and the remaining two years overseeing extended licenses.
He will also remain a registered sex offender for the rest of his life.
Bright has been given a new sexual hazard prevention order to carry out further court orders.
This severely limits contact with women and girls after he was released for the second time.
Detective police officer Lauren Efold said:
“This is a much more serious crime by Bright, and it’s good that justice was done in this case.”
