Sofia Kelemen, from Leigh, Manchester, died from her injuries the day after the crash.
A 33-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following the incident in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales.
The collision happened on the ground floor of a multi-storey car park at around 4pm last Thursday, Dyfed and Powys Police said. A gray Nissan Qashqai was involved.
A force spokesperson said: “Sadly we can confirm that a six-month-old baby girl has died following a collision on the ground floor of a multi-storey car park in Tenby on January 2.”
Sofia Kelemen, from the Leigh area of Manchester, was taken to hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on January 3.
“Our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time. They are being supported by specially trained police officers.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, drink driving and drug driving causing serious bodily harm. He remains in police custody.

Sophia was injured in an accident that occurred at a multi-storey parking lot around 4pm on January 2nd.
Sophia, from Manchester, is said to have been on a family holiday to Tenby last week.

Flaviu Nagy, 33, from Wigan, was charged and remanded to appear at Swansea Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and further remanded to appear at Swansea Crown Court on February 7.
Police said he was also arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and drug driving and was released on bail on those charges.
